Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, and returned with photo/video proof within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us.
Return Pickup / Delivery Timeframe

Return pickup or delivery to our farm typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Customers will be notified once the return package is received at our facility.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

After receiving the returned item, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Exchange Delivery Timeframe

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 business days after confirmation of your account details.

Processing Time (Order Fulfillment)

Non-Returnable Items
